The house has an unusually shaped Sofita (attic) bedroom above the garage with its own en-suite bathroom.

The bedroom measures 5.0m x 3.0m. The en-suite bathroom measures 4.0m x 1.43m.

The bedroom can be configured with a number of different layouts and has been used with both a double (king size) and two single beds. There is plenty of wall space for the bed furniture/TV, etc. The room features plenty of electrical sockets around the periphery. There is also a telephone socket and multiple network connections for streaming music and TV. There are several built-in wardrobes with shelves, drawers and hanging space.

The en-suite bathroom has a sink, WC and an enclosed shower cubicle with a thermostatic shower head. There is a shaver socket next to the sink.

Central heating radiators are fitted in the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom also features a split unit air conditioning unit.

The bedroom features wood-laminate flooring while the en-suite bathroom has ceramic tiled floors and walls with borders.
