Uniquely, the house comes with a complete (almost day-by-day) photographic record of its construction - from the original empty plot to the final completion and painting!

The owners retain the original sales brochure, all the plans for the property and additional pictures covering all changes to the property since - including the layout and planting of the garden.

In addition, a complete collection of all the floor and wall tiles used in the property has been retained. This ensures that any breakages, or modifications to the property in future can be repaired or undertaken using the original tile.

The original photographic record also allows modifications to the house to avoid services (water, electrics, etc.) which are buried within the concrete structure.
